Is HS GRUP Travel a tour operator, a hotel, or a car rental company?
None of those directly. HS GRUP Travel is an independent intermediary and referral service based in Antalya. We connect travelers with licensed local transfer operators, tour guides, car rental companies, accommodation providers and medical facilities, and help coordinate the request — the actual service is delivered by that third-party provider.
Is HS GRUP Travel responsible if something goes wrong with my transfer, tour, hotel or rental?
HS GRUP Travel's role is limited to facilitating contact and coordination between you and the third-party provider. Responsibility for the quality, safety and delivery of the service itself rests with that provider. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
How quickly will I get a response to my request?
Most requests submitted via WhatsApp or the contact form receive a reply within minutes to a few hours, depending on the service and time of day.
