Does HS GRUP Travel own the hotels or villas?
No. We do not own or operate any accommodation. We act as an intermediary connecting you with independent accommodation providers and assisting with communication before and during your stay. See our Terms of Service.
Is my accommodation booking guaranteed once I submit a request?
Submitting a request is not an automatic booking. Your stay is confirmed only once you receive explicit confirmation of dates, price and availability from us or the accommodation provider.
What is your cancellation policy for accommodation?
