These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hsgruptravel.com and any inquiry, request, or booking you make with HS GRUP Travel ("HS GRUP Travel", "we", "us", "our") for transfer, tours & activities, car rental, accommodation, and health & medical travel support in Antalya, Turkey. By submitting a request through our website, WhatsApp, or any other contact channel, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Who We Are

HS GRUP Travel is a travel services company based in Antalya, Turkey, operating the hsgruptravel.com website. We help travelers arrange transfer, tours and activities, car rental, accommodation, and health & medical travel support in and around Antalya by collecting your request and forwarding it to the relevant service provider or, where we operate the service directly, confirming it with you directly.

2. The Nature of Our Service — We Are an Intermediary

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific booking, HS GRUP Travel acts solely as an intermediary and referral service between you and independent third-party suppliers, including but not limited to transfer and transportation operators, tour guides and excursion operators, car rental companies, hotels, villas and other accommodation providers, and clinics, hospitals or other health and medical service providers ("Third-Party Providers").

This means:

• We do not own, operate, employ, or directly control the vehicles, drivers, hotels, tour operators, rental companies, or medical facilities that ultimately provide the service you request.
• When you submit a request through our website or WhatsApp, we pass your inquiry to the relevant Third-Party Provider, help coordinate communication, and may assist with translation, scheduling, or general guidance.
• The actual contract for the service (transfer, tour, rental, accommodation, or medical service) is formed between you and the Third-Party Provider, even if HS GRUP Travel facilitates the introduction, communication, or payment collection.
• Any information we share about a Third-Party Provider (pricing, availability, vehicle type, hotel category, itinerary, medical service, etc.) is provided in good faith based on information given to us by that provider, but we cannot guarantee its complete accuracy at all times.

3. Requests, Availability and Confirmation

Submitting a form or message through our website or WhatsApp constitutes a request, not an automatic booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive explicit confirmation from us or from the relevant Third-Party Provider, including agreed price, date, and details. Availability, pricing, and specific terms (vehicle type, hotel room category, tour departure times, rental conditions, medical appointment slots, etc.) are determined by the Third-Party Provider and may change until final confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices communicated to you are provided by, or based on information from, the relevant Third-Party Provider and may vary depending on season, availability, group size, and specific requirements. Where HS GRUP Travel collects payment on behalf of a Third-Party Provider, this is done purely as a convenience to facilitate the transaction; HS GRUP Travel is not the merchant of record for the underlying service and does not set the terms of that service beyond what has been agreed with you in writing. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming price, currency, and payment method before finalizing any request.

5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions are set by the individual Third-Party Provider for each service and will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation, where available. Because HS GRUP Travel does not control the operations of Third-Party Providers, we cannot unilaterally guarantee refunds, rebooking, or compensation beyond what the relevant provider agrees to. We will make reasonable efforts to relay cancellation or change requests to the provider on your behalf and to assist in resolving disputes, but the provider's own policy governs the outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability — No Responsibility for Third-Party Services

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• HS GRUP Travel assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts, omissions, quality, safety, timeliness, legality, or performance of any Third-Party Provider, including but not limited to drivers, tour operators, car rental companies, hotels, villas, other accommodation providers, and medical or health service providers.
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, cancellation, accident, theft, property damage, missed connection, or dissatisfaction arising from a service delivered by a Third-Party Provider, even where the request originated on our website or was forwarded by us.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, photos, ratings, licensing, insurance coverage, or certifications of any Third-Party Provider, and recommend that you independently verify any details material to your decision (e.g., vehicle insurance, hotel star rating, guide licensing, medical facility accreditation) directly with the provider before proceeding.
• HS GRUP Travel's role is limited to facilitating contact, communication, and — where applicable — logistical coordination between you and the Third-Party Provider. We are not a party to, and do not guarantee the performance of, the underlying service contract.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Turkish law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury directly caused by HS GRUP Travel's own proven negligence.

7. Health & Medical Travel Support

Our health and medical travel support service consists exclusively of referral and coordination assistance — for example, helping you get in touch with clinics, hospitals, or medical facilitators. HS GRUP Travel is not a medical provider, does not employ medical staff, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. All medical decisions, consent, diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes are solely the responsibility of the licensed medical facility and its professionals. You should independently verify the credentials, accreditation, and suitability of any medical provider before proceeding with treatment.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request (names, dates, contact details, passenger/traveler counts, medical or accessibility needs, etc.); hold valid travel documents, visas, and any required insurance for your trip; comply with the rules, conditions, and instructions of the Third-Party Provider once a service is confirmed; and independently verify any detail that is material to your decision before relying on it. HS GRUP Travel is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.

9. Website Use and Content

The content on this website (text, images, logo, and design) is provided for general information purposes and may be updated or corrected without prior notice. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or continuously up to date. All trademarks, logos, and content on this site remain the property of HS GRUP Travel or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Force Majeure

HS GRUP Travel and the Third-Party Providers we work with are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, travel restrictions, epidemics/pandemics, mechanical failure, or other events of force majeure.

11. Privacy

Information you submit through our forms or WhatsApp (such as your name, contact details, and travel preferences) is used to process your request and to communicate with you and, where relevant, with the Third-Party Provider handling your request.
